Cursus musique pesmdHigh Quality Further Musical Training

The PESMD Bordeaux Aquitaine, a unique higher education establishment of Dance and Music in the Aquitaine region, provides advanced level, high quality training, allowing the students to become teachers, perfect their instrumental technique, to pursue musical research, and to develop their general musical knowledge.
The lessons are linked in such a way that the students can benefit from multidisciplinary learning and gain a complete and wide-ranging education whilst engaging in group and solo creativity.
Furthermore, the PESMD Bordeaux Aquitaine prepares its students for their future life as a professional musician. They do this through, for example, preparing students for job interviews which are carried out by local councils, and teaching them how to run educational projects in accordance with the organisation of the school policy.
By combining different paths, such as teaching activities, and public concerts put on by students, the training allows for meetings between performers, composers, musicologists and researchers.
